Why is the Sirata Beach Resort great for a family beach vacation?

The resort offers several family friendly amenities that are kid approved, such as a playground on the beach and The Sprouts Kids Club Game and Activity Center for children aged 4 to 13, where youngsters can participate in creative activities (although it’s not a drop-off).

There’s also the new Splash Zone, where they may play and cool off, as well as an Extreme Gaming room with Xbox Ones, which will be a hit with teenagers.

There are several water sports, including scuba diving and sailing. For the kids who have had enough of splashing about in the pool, there are chic sunflower- yellow cabanas that provide rest from the sun.

Family Rooms at Sirata Beach

There are 382 beachfront comfortable rooms, including one-bedroom suites with two queen beds or king beds and a separate area with kitchenette, dining table, and sofa. Some beach locale room features units include bunk beds.

The bedroom and living room are separated in all of the Suites in Building 4. Instead of a door, Building 1 Suites, Executive King and Queen Suites have a corridor that connects the bedroom to the living area.

The decor is light and airy, with a seaside chic feel and an ocean-inspired color scheme. Many rooms have views of the sea, as well as private balconies, which are ideal for spotting dolphins while they swim or observing the sunset.

Some rooms feature terraces that lead directly to the beach. Cribs are available on request.

Will my family like the food?

The resort has three dining options including two newly renovated beachfront bars. The legendary Harry’s Beach Bar is a local institution and the oldest beach bar on St. Pete Beach.

The newly opened Rum Runners Bar & Grille has an outdoor lounge area complete with Adirondack chairs and a roaring fire pit – perfect for enjoying the sunset with a beer or cocktail in hand. The menu features beachside favorites like burgers and fresh seafood, as well as breakfast items.

If you’re looking for something more luxurious, then spend an evening at the Compass Grill. They have a menu full of contemporary American cuisine. And if you’re worried about your children not finding anything they like, don’t be–all three places offer kid-friendly menus.
