My family and I have always wanted to go to Africa because my great-grandparents were from there before they immigrated here in The US. After months of planning, we finally went to Africa.

The vacation in Africa was a dream come true! We went to see where my great-grandparents’ province. Aside from that, we also had a Safari tour which was really exciting. I truly appreciated the majestic sight of the wildlife.

Of course, the hotel we stayed at and the food was really great. Hopefully, we could go back there next year during the summer. Now, I really appreciate my roots as an American-African woman. My family and I are going back!!! See you Africa!

By the way, can you think of other thing that we can do in Africa? Thanks!

Every time I hear the word Africa, I always think about its wildlife safari. Perhaps, this was the reason why I was not really open to going there. I mean, what would I do with those scary animals?

However, my parents planned a family vacation in Africa. Since it was free, I joined them. Honestly, I was really caught by surprise when I got there. Africa was one of the best places I have been to.

Everything was great; the weather, the hotel we stayed at, the food and even the people. Yes, we had a Safari tour and it was very educational.

Most of all, and one thing I didn’t expect are the beaches. It was really magical. Can’t wait to see more of Africa in the next few years! It is really a place where I can find comfort! I love Africa!
